The trail from the “Apartments” to Pachalka Spring is long, but in good condition.
The first two photos were taken about 2/3 the way up. Photos 3 and 4 were from the same place, looking back, at the “Apartments.”
Once we were up high enough on Clark, we could see a small building not to far from the spring, 5,6 and7.
We continued on our way until we arrived at a dump across from a concrete foundation and room.
(Zonite was advertised in the 08/03/1916 Ft. Wayne Weekly Sentinel newspaper as an antiseptic, germicide, disinfectant, and deodorant.)
The room was well made. Concrete walls with corrugated metal , more concrete, then stone.
